1. Acceptance
By signing in to BoostBirga and connecting an Instagram Business account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to operate the Instagram account you connect. You must also comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Data Processing Terms.
3. What we provide
- A web dashboard to connect your Instagram Business account, set up auto-reply rules, and review your Inbox.
- Backend infrastructure that receives Meta webhook events and dispatches auto-replies via the Instagram Send API.
- Reasonable-effort support via support@ustemirov.uz.
4. What you must NOT do
- Post, share, or submit objectionable content — including harassment, hate speech, threats, nudity or sexual content, violence, illegal content, or anything that violates Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
- Abuse, harass, impersonate, or threaten other users of the BoostBirga community.
- Send spam or repetitive unsolicited content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract data beyond what is exposed via the dashboard.
- Connect Instagram accounts you are not authorised to operate.
- Use BoostBirga to circumvent Instagram’s rate limits or messaging windows.
5. Community content & zero-tolerance policy
BoostBirga shows content created by other users (the “Boost” community feed). We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report any post and block any user directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours; content and accounts that violate these Terms are removed, and repeat or serious offenders are banned. By using BoostBirga you agree to this policy and to refrain from posting objectionable content or abusing other users.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if Meta revokes our app permissions, or if your usage threatens the platform’s stability. We will give 7 days’ notice whenever practical.
7. Pricing
BoostBirga is currently in private beta and free of charge. We will announce pricing at least 30 days before any paid tier launches.
8. Disclaimers
BoostBirga is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every Instagram event will be delivered, that auto-replies will always send within a specific time window, or that Meta will not change its API. We are not affiliated with Meta or Instagram.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BoostBirga shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Tashkent International Commercial Court.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced via email and/or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
